AI SEO Automation Custom SEO software

I build the SEO software, not just advise on it.

Most SEO consultants recommend tools. I build them. I built a full custom platform to run my own agency, SEO Moves, because the off-the-shelf tools could not do what we needed accurately or fast enough. It runs rank tracking, site audits, client reporting and AI-assisted drafting on real client work today. This page is about building that kind of system for your team.

// 01 - why build at all

Off-the-shelf tools stop where the real work starts.

Standard SEO tools are fine until you need them to be accurate, fast and shaped around how you actually work. Then you hit the wall. Rank data that lags or estimates. Reports that take half a day to assemble by hand. The same checks run manually every month. I hit that wall running my own agency, so I built past it.

SEO job The manual reality With the automation I build
Monthly client reportsFor agencies + in-house Pull the data from five tabs, paste it in, write the narrative, format it, do it again next month. The report assembles itself from live data. You write the takeaway, not the spreadsheet.
Rank trackingAcross clients and keywords Third-party tools that lag, estimate, or quietly disagree with what you see in the search results. Live search data, checked against real results, so the number you report is the number that is true.
Site auditsRecurring technical checks Run the crawl, read the export, decide what matters, write it up. Every month, by hand. Automated checks flag what changed and what needs a human, so you look at exceptions, not everything.
Tasks and client repliesThe admin around the work Write the same task and the same email from scratch, over and over. AI drafts it from the real context. A person reads it, edits, and sends. Faster, still yours.
// 02 - proof, not a pitch

The platform that runs my agency.

I built a custom platform to run SEO Moves end to end. It is not a demo or a side project. It handles real client work every day: rank tracking, audits, reporting, tasks and client communication in one place. Building and running it is why I can build automation that survives contact with a real workload, rather than a script that works once.

Live data Audit Draft You check Report
// 01 - reporting

Reports in minutes

SEO reports that used to eat hours of assembly now come together in minutes, pulled from live data. The team spends its time on what the numbers mean, not on building the document.

// 02 - rank data

Rank tracking you can trust

Our own rank tracking is more accurate than the third-party tools it replaced. It reads live search data, so what a client sees in the report matches what they see in Google.

// 03 - client-facing

A video that talks clients through their report

I built a recording feature into the platform that walks each client through their SEO report and the stats, in their own report. It gives clients the clear feedback they actually want, without another meeting.

Under the surface it runs automated audits, an AI assistant that drafts tasks and client replies for review, and monitoring that flags changes before a client notices them. Every AI step has a human check before anything reaches a client. That is the part most "AI SEO" tools skip, and it is the part that keeps the work good.

// 03 - what this means for you

What I build for your team.

I do not hand you my platform. I build the piece you need, shaped around how your team works and the tools you already run. Same discipline every time: find the repeated job, build the system that runs it, put a human at the review point, and leave you able to keep it going.

01 - find

Find the repeated job

The SEO work your team does by hand every week that a system could do in seconds. Reporting, tracking, audits, the admin around the work.

02 - build

Build the system

Connect it to live data, write the logic and the checks, and set the human review points. Tested against your real edge cases, not a clean demo.

03 - hand over

Hand it over

You get a system your team runs, plus the guide to change it later. I built mine to last. Yours is built the same way.

// 04 - shape check

Best fit.

A quick sanity check before we talk, so you know whether this is the right engagement.

// good fit

Right project for me

  • Your team has outgrown off-the-shelf SEO tools and wants something built around how you work.
  • You want automation with human review, not a black box that decides on its own.
  • You have a repeated, painful SEO job worth building a system for.
// not for this

Not the right brief

  • You want a single tool recommendation and nothing built.
  • You want to hand over judgement and strategy to a machine.
  • You want AI to churn out content with no human in the loop.
// 05 - questions

AI SEO automation FAQ.

What is AI SEO automation?
Building software that runs the repeated parts of SEO - rank tracking, audits, reporting, task drafting - so your team reviews and decides instead of copying and formatting. A system your team keeps using, built around human review so a person signs off the parts that matter.
Do you build custom tools or use off-the-shelf ones?
Both, depending on the job. I built a full custom platform to run my own agency because the standard tools could not do what we needed. For a client, I use what already works where it fits and build custom only where the off-the-shelf tools fall short.
Will this replace my SEO team?
No. Automation takes the repeated assembly and checking. People keep the judgement, the strategy and the client relationships. Every build has human review where a wrong call would cost you.
How accurate is automated rank tracking?
It depends how it is built. The rank tracking in my own platform is more accurate than the third-party tools it replaced, because it reads live search data rather than estimating. For a client build, I test accuracy against real searches first, not a vendor dashboard.
