UK locations Remote-first, local context

Search and AI consulting across the UK.

The work is remote-first. The location pages exist because the teams in London, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh are not interchangeable - the pace, tools and questions differ. Pick your city to see what tends to land there.

// 01 - the directory

Pick your city.

Each card lists the services I publish a local context page for. If your city is not listed, the UK page covers the same work without the regional notes.

// 02 - the services

Services available everywhere.

All six service types run UK-wide. The city pages add local context for the ones I see asked for most in each region. If a service is not listed under your city, use the UK page or talk to me directly.

// 03 - why these pages exist

Remote work, local reality.

The consulting itself runs from a desk - mostly mine, sometimes yours over a call. There is no office in Birmingham. There is no team in Glasgow. So why publish location pages at all?

Because the teams in those cities are not interchangeable. A growth team in Manchester does not buy SEO the same way a financial services team in Edinburgh does. A founder-led brand in Bristol does not need the same governance an agency in London does. The location pages exist to name that context honestly - not to pretend I am round the corner.

If you are in Cardiff, Belfast or Norwich, the UK page covers the same work. Nothing changes except the regional notes.

// 04 - questions

Location FAQ.

Do you only work with companies in these cities?
No. The work is remote-first across the UK. The city pages exist because local context still matters when you are advising a team - tools, agency culture, hiring patterns and tempo all differ between regions.
What if my city is not listed?
Use the UK page or contact me directly. The listed cities are where I have done the most repeat work and where it was worth publishing local context. The service itself runs the same way wherever the team sits.
Do you visit on-site?
For most projects, no. A short remote workshop tends to get more done than a half-day on-site. If a workshop or in-person session is genuinely useful, I will say so and we can plan one.
Are these the same service or different services?
The services are the same. The location page adds context about the kind of teams that tend to need that service in that region. Pick the city if it helps you orient; pick the service page if you already know what you need.
